  • LaDortha Mitchell-Young is the founding member of Brighter Days Personal Services LLC. She opened the doors in 2020, She worked as the owner and caregiver for two years.

    She has been in the field of Social Work for over ten years and has worked a mental health therapist. She has experience working with adults and children with different mental health and behavioral needs.

    She strives to uphold the social work value and mission in all that she does. She is empathic, patient, and an advocate, She brings the same professional commitment to the healthcare field to ensure the aged and disable population are provided qualified assistance to continue to live safely and happily in their home.

  • Alisa Mitchell has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years. She joined Brighter Days the beginning of 2022. She strives to provide the best care to both the clients and employees. This is not her only passion, but it is her ministry. When it comes to love, care and dependability, your days will be brighter with Alisa on your side.
